Start by completing our online form with basic project details. Tell us what you’re envisioning—deck, patio, sunroom, fire feature, or full outdoor living space—and we’ll be in touch to get things rolling.
We’ll reach out to book an on-site or virtual consultation. During this visit, we’ll assess your space, talk through goals, budget, timeline, and any site-specific factors.
- Option A: Let Us Design It – Our design team creates a professional custom 3D design tailored to your vision and property. We will design you 3 layouts and you approve the design
- Option B: Collaborative Design Session – Sit down with us and co-design the project together. We’ll refine your ideas into a buildable plan.
- Option C: opt out of the 3D Design process
Once the design is finalized, we submit plans for any required engineering review, pull necessary permits, and handle HOA approvals if applicable. We manage the paperwork so you don’t have to.
Review the detailed proposal including scope, materials, and terms. When everything looks good, sign the contract to lock in your project.
Construction begins. We work efficiently and keep you informed at every stage. Payments are made according to pre-defined milestones tied to progress, ensuring transparency and mutual trust.
Upon completion, we conduct a thorough walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets expectations. Any final adjustments are handled promptly.
